Recent works
I create works on paper using ink, watercolour and natural pigments. My art is inspired by landscapes in south-east Queensland, including the wet sclerophyll forests of the D’Aguilar Range and the volcanic formations of the Southern Downs.
The process of mark-making is central to this practice, which explores the tonal and expressive qualities of materials alongside themes of time and human-nature connection.
